I believe I can understand a little why someone assumes there is a problem.

The place just seems too good to be true.

Like looking for the Wizard of OZ and discovering the "Man behind the curtain"

It is a big decision to move there and so there is an element of fear associated with it. When I first started reading this forum, I did it to get educated and know the 'truth' about the place. The trouble is staying there and searching this forum has only made me realize just how WONDERFUL the place really is!!!!

No place is perfect and there are many things to consider ie sinkholes, medical issues, critters etc but for you Wannabe's you will get the Good the Bad and the Ugly on this forum and mostly it is "Good"
