Not sure about Ocala ( I looked online and did not really see anything for this year) but I will ask some Ocala residents I know.
The Leesburg ones are part of a day long gig that is held at Venetian Gardens on Lake Harris. Fireworks are shot off from a barge in the lake:

Mt Dora also has some nice ones that are also done on a barge on Lk Dora.
