I trust you are joking. It is going to be difficult to tell the difference as a cart goes by. My guess is that over half the golf carts now using the trails will go more than 20mph. The tax credit was available to anybody that wanted to take advantage of such----same as a tax deduction for the mortgage on your home and investing your cash elsewhere. I say more power to anyone who can legally pay less taxes.
