I rented a house in Hadley Village in 2009 while I was waiting to close on the new house I had bought. The rental house had an internet connection and I had my own computer, but the cost of providing internet was included in the rent and it never occurred to me that it might be provided free or as part of the purchase price in my new house. What a silly assumption.
