Default Last Post Letter from salesperson

I’m amazed at the amount of hostility that came from my post. Luckily for me I had the opportunity to see what the villages had to offer. I was also impressed at how friendly everyone was. In my original post I suggested three options that the Villages might want to take.
1. Offer free internet to those who are participating in the LSV.
2. Offer internet for a fee.
3. Advice people that there will not be internet at their villa.
For posting something that was controversial I was blasted, called a liar, told to move someplace else. Lack of internet is a trivial thing compared to the hatred and meanness from some on this site. Imagine how many people who have not had a chance to see how wonderful The Villages are and read such hateful responses.
Instead of one of the friendliest places in the world it may look like a bunch of old, grumpy, hateful people. These negative comments will not stop me from moving to the Villages and enjoying both the activities, and the delightful people. It has made me certain that I will not make another post on this site.
I know that some of you will not believe the most recent letter from my salesperson, but I decided to post it here anyway.

SALESMAN LETTER
Yesterday I stopped by the on duty manager to explain your situation to him and how it negatively affected your stay and likely many others. He totally understood and agreed and said he would act on it.
This morning in my email he copied me the emails that went from him to the VP of the company (a big time big shot) and the director of Guest Services who handle the renting of the Cabana’s (where you stayed). It is clear they do not want this to happen again and are implementing steps to make sure people are aware of the wifi service so they are not surprised like you were. We are a big company and only as good as the staff. Hopefully these new steps will not be overlooked.
