I think you may misunderstand the meaning of office manager in the context of The Villages Clinics. When I read about it in the newspaper I believe I read that the manager would have 1,250 patients just like the others.

Why talk about medicare reimbursement when all the doctors will be on salary anyway? The GPs will be on salary and the geriatrician could be on salary too.
