I guess it depends on the lanai's you have behind you. We have an interior lot where the lanai's behind us have all been glassed in, and the owners have done extensive landscaping, so we don't see or hear people except rarely. However, I understand the feeling of spaciousness of a corner lot which would certainly be a plus.
