Default Thank you for the memories

The best chicken I ever had was one our son prepared for us. It was when he was learning how to slaughter chickens -they were organic chickens.

I remember going with my Grandmother to pick out a live chicken, and the butcher preparing it for her. I also recall hoping that the chicken would have an unlaid egg in it.

This was in New York City.

Does anyone recall eggs that had a double yolk?

The wonderful memories continue, but I will end here.
