My water bill to water lawn for the time period April 3 to may 3 was $ 42.57. That was using about 12000 gal. Household water was around $12.50 using around 2000 gal. I'm on a corner lot in a designer home. My lawn guy charges me five dollars more to cut the grass than houses on inside lots. The corner will be a little more money to maintain , but I don't think it's a deal breaker.
