Don't own one but thinking about buying one as our run-about and mostly the wife's vehicle. She hates to give up her VW convertible but it is showing some age----not her the car! We have looked at the Elantra and the Honda Civic. We are on our third Honda odyssey and can't believe the maint. Free and good mileage of the Honda Van for such a big vehicle. Neither the Elantra or Civic come in a convertible unfortunately. Good luck with your new Elantra. Oh, we did look at the Ford C-Max but it is too new to know about it's maintenance and resale value.
