You are right Les. You have every right to complain, regardless if you've worked in the business or not if your food and service aren't up to standards. BUT is coming on here and telling everyone about your experiences fixing the issues? If no one asks to speak with the owner or manager and expresses their concerns with him or her they will never have anything corrected. As a former restaurant owner I know all too well about this. Owners appreciate guests letting them know if something isn't to their liking. This way they know there is a problem in the their restaurant and can do something about it. Whether it's paying your tables check or dealing with a server or chef not doing their job properly. They don't know everything going on unless someone lets them know.
