Whoa. I gotta say as a diabetic, that if my glucose goes below 65 I get very shaky and sweaty, with blurred vision and thumping tachycardia. Everyone's metabolism is different, but please, please be very cautious about hypoglycemia. If your blood sugar is abnormally low, you may be too confused to recognize the symptoms and, you know, eat something before you pass out.
