We use Comcast for television and the internet here in TV and also up north for television, internet and landline. As an example, I put my Comcast services on a seasonal hold in TV but have had to call them twice regarding their billing which did get straightened around. Just prior to coming back north, I called the regional offices up here and requested 'a promotional deal' as I always do. When my seasonal suspension in TV ends, I will do the same. It does require four phone calls minimum between seasonal holds and start-ups but I've been happy for years. I had written to Comcast requesting a reasonable rate for two homes but their excuse is that Comcast is regional....meaning different deals can be had.
