I don't have to be a mind reader or be a member of the jury to know that the idiot with the gun should have left the gun behind and to have kept his much thinner butt at the time of the killing in the car.
To things very apparent to the jury should be:
1. I don't know if any jury can forget no matter what this witness said or how she said it GZ did what he did because of his actions.
2. GZ has spent a lot of time eating since his arrest.
