I like the Courtyard Villas. They're all the space we need, but the garages seem very small. Since there are no basements or attics, it would seem you'd need someplace to store things and maybe have a small work bench. If you have a car and a golf cart in the garage there would be no place to do that. For those with CYV's, do you park your car outside and use the garage for a small workbench and storage? Do you miss having a 2 car garage? Is it a deal breaker for buying a CYV or do you find ways around this?
