The op said it was loud with the windows and doors closed. I don't think it funny does anyone have a serious solution to the problem?
We had some dogs move in next door to us once when we lived in Conn. and they howled at night. No one could sleep it was not funny at all. Despite the authorities laughing and making baying at the moon jokes the dogs were eventually removed so the neighborhood could sleep. But I remember the month it took to get something done and the migraines from lack of sleep.
