On the bright side, those frogs are keeping the bug population (mosquito nursery) at bay.
I'd suggest beginning adding bedroom accoustal insulation to uncover where the noise intrusion is present.
(starting even with temporary sheets of styrofoam shoved in the windows - on the inside of the window treatment - then during the daytime, store under the bed) Or hire a sound engineer to perform an accoustal survey of the inside of your house (it's got to be cheaper than moving).
