Mike's Maintenance is the only truck I ever see.

There's a bunch of weeds in the newer sidewalk on Colony going west just past the bank. I keep wanting to stop & pull them or bring my weed killer in my cart the next time. Maybe after a certain number of years we're supposed to start policing our own areas!
