Well I guess I will be the first to directly answer the OP question. I ignore probably to my detriment the Village Voice because it serves as a marketing tool on ly for the Developer. If you follow the progression of past VHA Presidents they all land cushy jobs compliments of the Developer. So it leaves one to wonder if they serve' "we the people" or their self interests...and yes I could be wrong here but when it comes to views perception count and the Village Voice has yet to do anything to change that
The POA has vastly improved since it changed hands. It is addressing more and more of the pertinent issues; albeit in my view they need to be more proactive on certain issues that have a financial affect on residents
