I don't think most really intended to be flippant but frogs do live in ponds and if you live near a pond it is likely you will hear frogs. I understand your sleep problem as that has been an issue for me before. I just think you may need to try ear plugs or learn to love the sound of the frogs. I also agree with other posters that say this will likely be a seasonal problem.
