Don't hurry to get things done around your house, you should get bids for any kind of work. Also beware of the welcome lady who says she is from the villages, she is not. Don't let her in your home. She is just a shill for people looking to sell you services. She will also try to to push for water softener treatment for your home. There is nothing wrong with the water.
