I did key the message into Google and unfortunately none of the responses worked. It is so frustrating, particularly when my netbook computer works with the same settings. One of the responses in Google said that it could be caused by 3rd party software or by add-ins. I ran Malware Bytes and Microsoft Security Essentials and there were no problems. I also did a system restore. Nothing is working.
