In our Iris we stretched our Lanai 4 ft, the master bedroom, front bedroom and garage 2 ft each and we are really glad we did. No idea of cost because our design lady refused to show us the prices of each option. Even though I protested she said it was policy. Must not be true because others have seen their prices.
