No relation (as my last name is Beck), I called him because of the referrals I saw on TOTV, and also because you couldn't go wrong with his last name. I have to say he is professional, knows how to get to the source of the problem, fixes it promptly, and is fair and reasonable. I had a problem with the freezer leaking water, he came to the home and knew immediately that the heater in the freezer had to be replaced. He did it right away, and his price was fair. I will definitely call him again if anything else breaks down.
