In addition I think there is quite a difference between public urination and indecent exposure. Doesn't the act of indecent exposure usually involve some type of sexual arousal? Is it fair that a person arrested for urinating in public is considered to have committed a sex crime and may be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life?
At any rate there is too much belittling of other posters on this forum and I am sorry I was a participant.
