Wow...you guys are the veterans of TV....
I totally understand your desire to move into a villa and the ones in Gilchrist look really nice with all of the exterior accents they're putting on. I hope you'll be happy. The reason for the larger lot was my wife's decision after seeing her aunt & uncle's home in Hadley that had "kissing lanai's" with the neighbors. We are really fortunate to have great neighbors on lots that are a smidge offset from each other. It gives a nice feel of privacy to everyone.
We had about 1 3/4 acres to take care of in WV and I was really tired of cutting grass. We have a lawn service so I don't have to do that here...lol
