have you considered Carts n Clubs

they have a much better enclosure plus their carts aren't set at 21 m.p.h. which when set there will go about 18.m.p.h. uphill. Also their side markers aren't reflectors they're lights .Plus they rewire evrything to a fuse box & put extra insulation under the seat.
