I refinanced my mortgage and McLinn Burnsed was the legal firm involved. It was a DISASTER!!! I had to get an attorney to notify MB that they were supporting a title insurance fee in the "Good Faith Estimate" that was higher than state law specifies. My repeated effort was not enough to get them to change. The attorney did, finally, on the day of closing.
MB is a subsidiary of The Villages. Customers are dropped into their lap through their connection to CItizens First Mortgage. IMHO they are lazy and unresponsive.
