The FBI completed their investigation and determined there were no grounds to bring a racial/hate charge against George Zimmerman; however Eric Holder is pandering to the NAACP and telling them they are investigating. Why doesn't he have the balls to tell them the truth - no racism - case closed.

The FBI never completed their investigation and never determined if there were grounds to bring charges against George Zimmerman. They stepped aside and put their investigation on hold when the state finally decided to step up to the plate and investigate and finally charge Zimmerman.
Now that the state's case has concluded, Attorney General Eric Holder has stated that the Justice Department will continue on with the case it started over one year ago. The FBI has the advantage of looking back at all of Zimmerman's calls to 911 and the language he used.
Just a hunch that they have probably been monitoring Zimmerman pretty closely ever since this case started.
