i think it would settle down if people like al sharpton and travis smiley did not constantly insist that zimmerman stalked and racially profiled a young child, which was not at all the case and was proven in court. photos of trayvon at the store that night show that he was a tall young man who towered over the male clerk, and could very believably have pounded and straddled zimmerman, who was thin before all this stress came into his life!! the whole affair is very sad, and in the beginning when i heard the nbc edited version of the 911 call and the supposed screaming of trayvon, my heart just broke for that boy's mother to have to hear her dead son's cries for help and no one came to his aide....eventually the true facts came out which were nothing like that version, and i realized that zimmerman was screaming and being beaten and had the right to protect himself. they keep talking about stand your ground which had nothing to do with this case...this case was self-defense, pure and simple. a tragedy for all.
