I have a clown handling ins on other house where I moved from.

I'm looking at the face sheet for my unexpired policy with Clown's name as agent of record...on phone with Clown.
Clown says I don't have a policy because a year ago I didn't take care of repairs on an old claim and
so he couldn't do a change of agent and so my policy lapsed.
We had this EXACT conversation a year ago until I showed him the receipt where I paid him for the policy and proved to Clown the policy was in good standing....
Clown still can't find that I actually have a policy but can resurrect an ancient argument to claim that it's my fault. But Clown I do have a policy and here's your name on it...
