if demand is sufficient to support the expected sales in TV then why would/should the developer spend money to advertize?
When TV is built out....the ever elusive objective as TV continues to buy up property.....why would there be a need for the Lifestyle visit program....another future customer accomodation by the developer to encourage sales.
We could also worry about the rising waters of the ocean and the gulf's effect on TV future....good by the way as it will become a waterfront retirement community.
