Very cheap for what you get, even if u do not play golf!
Does a Temporary resident ID need to be renewed every 30 days?

This is what was in my rental agreement
· Guest I.D. cards are the responsibility of the tenant. All cards must be revalidated every 30 days in person at Jane’s Outpost at Sumter Square at The Villages or else another $50 fee will be imposed. These I.D. cards can be taken with the tenant or discarded at the time of departure as they all expire.

I was thinking I was getting temporary resident Id's but now I am thinking I need to clarify with my landlord. If it costs $50 then it is a temp resident Id I thought. Does a temp resident Id need to be renewed every 30 days?

My opinion is worth what it costs that and $3.75 will get you a cup of coffee
