Ummm.....there is this concept in commercial property leasing that they are trying to sell you retail businesses that can continue to pay their lease because they are thriving and proven to be excellent anchor stores:
"The property was 97.5 percent occupied at the time of sale and is anchored TJ Maxx, Ross Dress For Less, Michael’s, Beall’s Outlet, Staples and Petco, as well as by separately owned Target, Walgreens and CVS stores."
