Sir, if I remember correctly I told you that there was a TSB for that code and there is where I would have to start. I also remember that $3000 would be a worst case scenario. Now correct me if I am wrong but I do believe I gave you a copy of theTSB that I told you about and explained the procedure to you. I also requested some information from you about what was replaced, and you would not even tell me what they did. Am I perfect, no, do I make mistakes, yes, do I stand behind my diagnosis, yes, to the point that I needed time to preform the full diagnostic procedure. FYI I use technical hotlines before I spend that kind of money. I cannot afford to make a $3000 mistake, because if I do I eat it, not my customer.
I am sorry that you will not use my services again, and I am willing to refund the diagnostic charges, but to be fair you never came back and allowed for the full diagnostics to be done.
Understand that I would like to know what the repair was so that I can learn and use that information for future use, as that is how we learn and grow in our business.
