You have to ask yourself why did the water main break?.???
Shifting sand and shifting earth makes the water main break it lay there hundreds of years if it is on solid ground when the ground starts Moving and there is nothing to support the pipe because of the sinkhole developing the water main breaks. Yes there was a water main break but it was caused because of a very large sinkhole that could no longer support the pipe. You have to ask why things happen !
