IMHO don't.
Drive around some of the earlier built areas to see what happens after 5-8 years, or worse 10-12 years. Not to mention the dated colors and designs. Never been able to understand why in many parts of TV you can't display tasteful garden art, but you can paint your driveway shocking pink (or whatever color) complete with a painted hippo (or whatever) in the middle of it and then let the whole thing fade and degenerate over the years.
