Couple of suggestions:
Start with the warranty dept and find out who did the original roof on your house. Call that roofer and ask them come out and inspect your roof. (Some roofers are inspecting for free and others are charging a fee).
If you have any downspouts from the gutters, emptying onto the driveway, check to see if there is any sediment from the shingles on the driveway or in the gutter at the road. Maybe even have someone look into the gutter on the roof.
Lastly if you still have concerns get the name of another roofing company and ask them to check the roof. Our neighbor had her roof inspected and they said there was no problem. A couple of weeks ago, after a heavy rain, she had a fair amount of sediment on the driveway from the roof. She took pictures of it and called someone else to get a 2nd opinion. Couple of days ago she got a letter from Owens stating she did indeed have a defective roof.
