I contacted the authorized installer I noted in my above post to inspect the roof. He told me I had a problem then I called OC at 1-800-766-3464 and got a claim number which I then supplied to the installer. He'll tell you if you don't have a problem and that would be the end of it. I would not wait to hear from OC. Be proactive! Good luck!
