My Experence
I'm in my second total care contract (13 month contract) with Stellar, the first year was great however there service has gone down hill fast during the second year. Let me state that I'm very pleased with the mowing service and have no complaints but it seems like the only time they come for any other service is when I call and my yard looks the worst it ever has. I recommend them last year to a friend that moved to The Villages but refuse to recommend them to anyone else. If they don't start performing I also will be looking for a new company next year.
