Paul from Brighthouse is great to work with, and quick to schedule our install. As with all companies, there is occasional problems. We had our install yesterday and we are not getting all the digital channels that we should plus no Internet. :-( . Installer came back today and tried hard to fix it again. Hope to see a line engineer or someone to trouble shoot the problem, probably growing too fast for the area, or main box issues.
Update: the cable/ Internet is fixed, must have been something in their computer routing, as as of last night it all started working. I have to say, Brighthouse does have very good customer device and are fast to react to a problem.
