Yes, in the summer, it does rain somewhere in Central Florida every day! But that doesn't mean it rains all day, everywhere, every day. 50% coverage means 50% of the area will get rain on any certain day, but not everyone will get rain. When it says 100%, you can guarantee getting rain on that day.
Also,we NEED our rain in the summer. We are sub tropical. We don't get rain much in the winter.
