This is it in a nutshell:
"One is set up by the developer and the other is so anti developer at times it is too much for me."
Both have their usefulness. And we chose our VHA reps and they are always caring and responsive to us constituents. Our VHA reps certainly don't know the developers, much less suck up to them. The reps do this because they care about keeping our town as pristine as the day we bought here.
