The VHA allegedly has a developer perspective which is driven by a return on investment to the various developer business interests. There is nothing wrong with the Developer concentrating on his business profits but when they conflict with the Residents there is a need for a watchdog and the POA serves this purpose. I think it is fair to look at the VHA Leadership as allegedly a committee of the developer and The Village Management. This means it may not have the interests of the Residents as a priority.

I suggest anyone having thought s about which asociation think about a couple of things. First, try to determine which organization has fought and won issues for the residents. The score is something like this, VHA near zero, and the POA, dozens.... A previous poster stated he enjoyed reading both driveway bulletins, For a long time I have nothing of substance in the VHA paper. And lastly, Check into what became of the fomer VHA presidents. The D

eveloper always seems to have a nice comfortable position for these ex presidents.
