Priority Membership benefits those members who often compete the most.
Speaking strictly about golf membership (did not do the add on pools) I wasted about $800.00 a year. I started playing on men's day but two or three people obnoxious behavior and/ or the suspected sandbagging just turned me off. I played championship three times a week.

However based on the four tier priority unless the people you normally golf with have priority membership you lose juice. Much of the time I was the only one in the group with priority. So that means four members playing together, three members playing together and two members playing together trump the group I was playing with. to exacerbate the issue if the two members had guests they also trumped my group. In this scheme it seems priority guest trump residents who have invested heavily in buying a home here plus amenities, taxes, etc.

Some residents often go off campus to play in prime season and will only play in TV when the rates are at their lowest. My entire neighbor goes off campus from October through May finding great courses with competitive rates and a meal tossed in . finally if it is a single priority it does not cover the spouse's trial fees on executive courses that's about $100 extra
