lawn/pest control in or near Gilchrist
Hi, Just purchased in Gilchrist and want to know if anyone living in that vicinity can recommend a company. We need lawn and pest control. I read that its good to get a company that does several homes in the area. Does anyone use Massey? I see on the closing papers that Massey did the original termite treatment so I called them and they said after the first year they will do a visual. If I want to continue with them, its $105.00 per year to keep the warranty going. Not sure if that means they also will treat. In NY I have terminex and had the baiting systems installed when we bought our home years ago. We have a yearly contract and they come check the baits several times a year and the home is warrantied. Do people have baiting systems installed in the Villages? Also Massey said that they do Lawn care and pest control. Anyone use them? Please let me know any feedback. thanks
