I will start by saying I am not a smoker. I also do not drink but I see people at the square drinking, some become obnoxious, why because they can. Why do people discard their pet waste (when they do) in public trash cans as to stink up the mail stop and rec centers after the feces spends a day in the heat, because they can.

Barry the answer is rude and inconsiderate people do as they please not as you wish.
