We stayed at Jackson Lake Lodge. Rustic but if you stay in the Lodge itself, adequate accomodations. They have cabins as well although I can't say what they are like as we stayed in the Lodge. At the time, and this is about 10 years ago, there were no tv's in the rooms. Hubby and daughter looked high and low and were quite surprised. The only tv was one in the bar area down in the grand room. In the evening, just before dusk, the moose would come right up to the Lodge. It was just great to see. All the guest would gather to watch, since there really wasn't much else to do. Later the kids would play cards in the Lobby and bet with jolly ranchers from the restaurant.
It's a beautiful place to visit. We went horseback riding, took a float trip, sighseeing in Yellowstone and the Tetons, a trip into Jackson Hole, etc...
The National Parks are just amazing. Definitely one of my favorite.
Also, Zion National Park is breathtaking and about 2 hours from Vegas. I suggest the Cliffrose Lodge and Gardens if you ever visit Zion.
