Contract Work
Just had to call Sunshine when I arrived home from a short trip. AC did not work..just a hum in the unit. Called Sunshine at 9:15 pm ...they called back and the repairman arrived at 10:15 pm. He replaced a part and was on his way. I took the contract because I think the AC is most important of all the mechanicals in the house. My call would have normally cost me more because it was after hours and the part would have been full price. There also may have been a diagnosis charge. I paid nothing. My unit is checked and cleaned twice a year and the contract is fairly reasonable for peace of mind. I have had 3 different servicemen from Sunshine and they have all been very professional.
For me personally, the company has satisfied all my expectations. My unit, a Carrier, is about 18 months old.
