Also how do you choose a village that is right for you. I would like to live near the water since I love water sports. If anyone could help us that would be great.

I would say that once you do your Lifestyle Visit and take a spin around in the golf cart.....you would be better able to determine how far you comfortably feel you can go. Many seem to go great distances in their golf carts. The important thing would be to choose a "village" or neighborhood close to where you would normally do your shopping.....and close to any other interests you have. Plenty of doctors and other services in TV.......all golf cart accessible.
It's a beautiful place. The way it is set up, you could conceivably survive without a car, if you truly had to..........
It is not near an ocean...........however, there are large lakes nearby, but they are not golf cart accessible. I'm referring to the "Harris Chain of Lakes"...Lake Weir, etc.
TV does have a lot of ponds, etc. and bodies of water they call lakes..........not sure if there are any water sports on those lakes.
